What we collect through the preview, why, and the choices you have. Notice at collection under California law (CalOPPA / CCPA-CPRA).
The only place this site collects personal information is the preview intake form ("Found your company"). If you choose to type into it, we may collect the business description you write and any contact details you include (such as your name or email). We collect this only to evaluate the preview and, if you ask, to follow up with you about it.
Information you voluntarily enter in the intake form; and standard technical data your browser sends (such as IP address and basic device/usage information) used to operate and secure the site. The demonstration data shown inside the app (names, companies, balances) is fictional and is not collected from you.
To respond to you, evaluate interest in the preview, and improve the product. We do not use it to provide financial or legal services — none are offered yet.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
We keep intake submissions only as long as needed for the purpose above, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of the sale/sharing of your personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To make a request, email privacy@knox.money.
